Your mission

• End-to-end project management - scope, plan, and deliver cross-functional initiatives for the Office of the CTO, hitting agreed timelines, budgets, and success metrics
• Primary cross-team connector - keep stakeholders and teams (Engineering, HR, Finance, Operations etc.) aligned through clear agendas, structured updates, and fast escalation of roadblocks
• Own stakeholder communication - craft crisp status briefs for leadership, run steering meetings, and ensure every contributor knows their next action and due date
• Independently drive new initiatives - spot process gaps, build consensus around proposed solutions and carry projects from idea through rollout without day-to-day supervision
• Quantify and report business impact to define KPIs for each initiative, track them and present clear ROI / efficiency gains to leadership

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience either full-time or through substantial working-student / internship projects where you owned project timelines, milestones, or process improvements
• You are a strong communicator, able to translate between technical and non-technical teams, run steering meetings, and craft concise status briefs
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are used to quick decision-making
• You master analytical and critical thinking and have a solution-oriented mindset
• You take the initiative and always find the best way to structure and present various topics and tasks
• You demonstrate the willingness to independently drive projects and flag critical decision points
• You are a strong problem-solver & process-designer able to map "as-is" vs. "to-be," design lightweight workflows, and document them for scale
• You are able to define KPIs, track metrics, and demonstrate measurable business impact (cost savings, productivity or quality improvements) for every project delivered
• You are fluent in German and English (C1 / C2)
