Junior Product Manager Back Office Development

As a (Junior) Product Manager Back Office Development , you will operate at the intersection of product teams and operational departments, playing a key role in shaping and building the structure of their digital bank.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop business and process concepts based on regulatory and operational requirements.
2. Work closely with the IT team, external partners, and management to implement new features.
3. Prepare user stories for the development team and test software before go-live.
4. Analyze APIs and data requirements from third-party systems for integration into the existing system architecture.
5. Identify opportunities for using AI and develop innovative use cases with relevant departments.
6. Continuously contribute your own ideas to improve products, processes, and systems.

Requirements:

1. A successfully completed university degree with a focus on IT (e.g., Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Technical Business Administration).
2. Initial work experience in (technical) product management is a plus.
3. Strong affinity for data processes and AI.
4. Excellent analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
5. A hands-on mentality and genuine enthusiasm for agile teamwork.
6. Very good German (written and spoken) and good English skills.
