Junior Product Manager

HiCareer is supporting a remote-first logistics technology company in hiring a Junior Product Manager with a commercial focus. The company’s platform helps D2C, e-commerce, and retail brands expand internationally by simplifying fulfilment and logistics. With strong growth in Europe, they need someone to help connect customer and market needs with product priorities.
You'll be part of a small Product team including the Head of Product, and a Product Designer.This is a junior product role — ideal for someone eager to learn product management while working closely with commercial teams.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and analyse feedback from customers, sales, and success teams
• Support senior product managers with market research and competitor analysis
• Help prioritise features and document requirements with commercial impact in mind
• Contribute to go-to-market plans and product launches
• Track product performance and provide insights for continuous improvement

What They’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in product, consulting, or commercial roles
• Strong interest in SaaS, logistics, or e-commerce
• Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
• Confident communicator in English; additional languages a plus
• Extremely curious and motivated to grow into a full product management role with broader responsibilities

Setup

• Remote-first, with team members mainly across Europe. But, location is flexible for the right candidate
• Uses a global payroll provider to support employment across multiple countries
• CET ±3h preferred working hours
• Full-time role with mentorship from experienced product managers
