(Junior) Product Manager - QA & Testing Focus (m/f/d)

Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by 1,600+ business customers , we’re looking for a Product Manager with a focus on QA and Testing to work closely with our engineering team.

What You Will Do

• Lead QA and Testing Efforts: Test new features, provide detailed feedback, and ensure quality before release. Focus on spotting issues early and maintaining smooth software functionality.
• Collaborate Closely with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with the tech, design, product teams to switch tasks efficiently and prioritize what matters most.
• Support Product Maintenance and Development: Contribute to dashboard concepts, ongoing software improvements, and contract-related features—help shape our product for the long-term.
• UX Awareness: Understand what makes a good user experience and identify areas for improvement. You don’t need to be a designer but will help bridge the gap between engineering and UX.
• Communication Hub: Collect feedback, triage bug reports, and create clear tickets for the engineering team. Strong communication is key.

• Passion for Renewables: Genuine interest in renewable energy and willingness to dig into technical details.
• Excellent Communicator: Native-level proficiency in at least one of the required languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) plus strong English (C1+). You’re confident talking to multiple stakeholders.
• Product Mindset: You think beyond checklists—understand the customer’s perspective and anticipate issues before they arise.
