Junior Product Manager (w/m/d) at Finanzfluss - full-time position based in Berlin or remote.

Finanzfluss is an online financial education platform. Our mission is to make financial knowledge accessible and encourage people to actively shape their financial future.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of one or more of our products from ideation to delivery, collaborating with developers and measuring success and business impact.
Think mobile-first and define innovative features for the Finanzfluss Copilot and mobile apps that delight users.
Optimize tools such as ETF search, product comparisons, and calculators.
Analyze data to identify problems and decompose solutions into actionable steps that deliver value.
Understand our community and the market to develop a compelling product vision.
Incorporate user feedback into the product development cycle for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of product management experience for digital products, preferably in finance or fintech.
Knowledge of mobile app technologies/platforms and ability to communicate technical concepts with developer teams.
Experience with prototyping or AI-first tools.
Strong grasp of agile product development and ability to set priorities in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate complex tasks and liaise with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Enthusiasm, initiative, self‑organisation and strong quality focus.
Fluent German at C2 level or higher.
