Junior Product Specialist (m/f/d) Acute Care Monitoring, DACH

Overview

Responsible for the Airway, Breathing, and Video Laryngoscopy product group within the Acute Care Monitoring portfolios in the DACH region. The role is primarily based in Düsseldorf but is open to remote work across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland with occasional meetings at the Medtronic office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the product group in the ACM DACH region
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing product insights and coordinating availability and launches
• Monitor and analyze market trends and conduct market research activities
• Organize and attend national and international conferences and workshops
• Develop strategies, recommend actions, schedule and plan projects, forecast costs, and manage projects
• Support and coordinate marketing activities within the DACH region
• Coordinate product-specific congress activities, develop e‑commerce strategies, track and evaluate marketing campaigns, and recommend future actions
• Train the sales team, onboard new colleagues, and support the team with presentations and knowledge transfer
• Maintain close collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders and the European Marketing team

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Medical/Medical Engineering, Health Technology, or Business Administration
• Excellent German language skills and good English skills in speaking and writing
• Pro, communicative, and highly resilient with a strong willingness to learn
• Team player with the ability to work independently on moderately complex projects and tasks
• Valid driver’s licence; travel as needed (~20 %)
• Living in the Düsseldorf area is preferred, but candidates from the broader DACH region are welcome
• Mandatory full measles vaccination required for the position
