You will be responsible for smaller sub-projects in control technology and actively participate in planning and implementing body-in-white projects for the automotive industry. An experienced project manager will support you with technical knowledge in automation/control technology and basic project management skills. Tasks

1. Taking over project responsibility for a subsection of a body shop focusing on control technology.
2. Planning automation concepts considering time, quality, and cost.
3. Developing the technologies used further.
4. Preparing supplier inquiries, evaluating offers, and selecting suppliers.
5. Coordinating installation and commissioning phases of control technology, sometimes on-site at customer plants.

Applicant’s profile

• University degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or vocational training corresponding to the role.
• Willingness to travel and proficiency in German or English.

Nice to have (not mandatory)

• Knowledge in PLC programming, e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal.
