Job Description

The Junior Project Manager – Transformation supports the Project Manager by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. This is a hands‑on coordination role that combines administrative support with direct contribution to project planning, reporting, and governance activities.

Meeting Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
  • Prepare agendas, gather relevant materials, and ensure timely distribution to all participants.
  • Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and follow up to ensure completion.

Project Support

  • Assist project managers in tracking progress, updating project plans, and maintaining high‑quality documentation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Support project governance activities and help maintain alignment across all workstreams.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a key liaison between project managers, business experts, and implementation partners for coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure timely communication of updates, deadlines, and reminders to all stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain the project documentation repository and ensure consistent version control.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops, testing sessions, and other project‑related activities.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in a dynamic transformation environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with ERP or SAP‑related projects is a strong plus.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track.
  • Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A sharp eye for detail and strong follow‑up discipline to ensure nothing falls through.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to deepen your knowledge of SAP Public Cloud and modern project management practices.
  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Conversational in German (B2).
