We enable our customers to manage their digital transformation, offer alternatives to traditional approaches, and empower our partners with digital scaling and robotics to achieve unprecedented levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Your tasks: You coordinate and monitor our direct sales projects. You manage our dealer network. You plan and conduct product demonstrations at customer sites. You ensure customer satisfaction (monitoring device reliability, regular customer contact, satisfaction surveys). You process support requests. You support the implementation of our robotics solutions. You work closely with other departments (sales, technology, etc.). You bring: You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree in a commercial or technical field. Initial experience in project management and/or customer service is an advantage. You have a basic technical understanding. You are a strong communicator and enjoy dealing with customers. You are organized and work in a structured manner. You are a team player and show initiative.
