Junior Recruiter – Munich

Your Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both clients and candidates: from taking job briefings to delivering interview feedback.
- Use a variety of business development techniques to identify and approach new clients with tailored recruitment solutions.
- Identify and qualify candidates to present to clients across the DACH region.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist vertical market.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and support team goals.
- Work within established sectors such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewables, and Semiconductors, while also identifying new market opportunities.
What We Offer
- Competitive starting salary: €34,000 (no degree), €35,000 (Bachelor’s), €37,000 (Bachelor’s + B2-level German).
- Uncapped commission structure with realistic earnings: Year 1: €50K–€55K, Year 2: €70K–€80K, Year 3: €90K–€100K.

Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent English speaker (essential, our Munich office operates in English).
- German language skills are a plus, but not essential.
- Must possess the right to work in Germany (g2 Recruitment are not able to provide VISA sponsorship for non EU citizens).
- Based in Munich or planning to relocate (within 40 minutes of Werksviertel).
- Strong communicator with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset.
