Junior Recruiter (English Speaking Office)

g2 Recruitment GmbH is expanding in Munich, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals who want a fast-paced, high-earning, international career. You’ll join a specialist team placing Engineers and Developers across Germany and Europe in sectors such as Industrial Automation, Automotive, Renewable Energy, and Semiconductors .

Your Role

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing candidates, managing interviews, and delivering offers.
• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients across the DACH region.
• Use sales techniques to win new business and grow your specialist market.
• Become an expert in a technical niche with strong demand and long-term opportunities.
• Work closely with a supportive team to share knowledge and achieve collective goals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent English speaker (the Munich office operates in English).
• German skills are beneficial but not essential.
• Must have the right to work in Germany (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate (within 40 minutes of Werksviertel).
• Confident communicator with a proactive, sales-focused mindset.
• Motivated by development, success, and high performance.
• Resilient, driven, and eager to learn.
