Your Tasks

• As a key link between product management, customers, and development, you will gather and consolidate requirements for our software and hardware products
• Collect product feedback from customers, consultants, and support staff, and derive new requirements
• Review defined requirements for completeness, quality, clarity, consistency, and technical feasibility—while considering dependencies and risks—and assist the project team in prioritizing the requirements
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and military standards
• Carefully document all activities through reports, protocols, and technical instructions

Your Profile

• Completed technical training in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Initial practical experience in requirements engineering or in a project environment is a plus (e.g., through internships or student jobs)
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a structured approach to work
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and confidence working under pressure and in challenging situations
• Strong team spirit and a clear, solution-oriented communication style
• Very Good English skills
