Junior Sales Analyst - FP&A (m/f/d)

As a Junior Sales Analyst - FP&A (m/f/d), you will support our Regional Commercial Organization in the Business Unit MedTech by providing high quality analysis, accurate reporting, and valuable financial insights.

In our international Healthcare and Medical Devices environment, you help strengthen data-driven decision making and contribute to achieving commercial and financial targets.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and analyze regional sales performance data from various systems
• Prepare regular and ad hoc sales and financial reports for senior stakeholders
• Support regional forecasting and budgeting processes
• Contribute to FP&A activities for central functions, including personnel cost planning
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools
• Support regional commercial initiatives and cross functional projects
• Work closely with senior leadership to improve analytical workflows and decision processes
• Identify opportunities to optimize reporting structures and enhance data transparency

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in sales analysis, business analytics, FP&A, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with data
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of ERP and reporting systems (SAP CO, SAP BW, SAP SAC) is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, additional languages are a plus
