The Role

  • Driving advertising sales for Affinity Global in France with a pan‑European approach.
  • Reporting to the French country manager and collaborating on French opportunities.
  • Based in Berlin, with occasional travel to clients & events in France.
  • Growing the existing business and acquiring new clients.
  • Connecting quickly with major media‑buying agencies for daily liaisons.
  • Leveraging affiliate networks to reach advertisers.
  • Working closely with clients to understand requirements and providing ongoing feedback to the product development team.
  • Maintaining client relations independently and monitoring daily campaigns with recommendations for improvement.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • Relevant experience in the online advertising industry and affiliation.
  • Existing relationships in the media‑buying space and a proven track record with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated drive and eagerness to learn new concepts.
  • Strong team player and motivator.
  • Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker with sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in the full MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word) for business models and deal simulations.
  • Excellent written & spoken English (company language) and native‑level French.
