Job Description

• Independent acquisition and support of customers, as well as building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships
• Consulting on the Managed Services portfolio (infrastructure, cloud, platform and application management, as well as end‑user services)
• Close collaboration with bid management, pre‑sales, and delivery units
• Conducting customer presentations, workshops, and negotiations
• Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring the market and competitive situation
• Supporting the further development of the sales process

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Initial professional experience in IT sales is advantageous, ideally with a focus on Managed Services
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and strong closing skills
• Willingness to travel for customer support and participation in events, trade fairs, and workshops
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
