Duties

• Participating in analytical and implementation projects using Salesforce technologies (particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Configuring the Salesforce platform for client‑specific implementation needs.
• Analyzing client requirements and gathering business needs.
• Taking part in R&D initiatives and projects.
• Preparing presentations for client meetings.
• Co‑creating project documentation.
• Supporting the sales team.

Required skills

• Minimum year of experience with the Salesforce platform in the role of business consultant.
• Salesforce Certificates (Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant).
• History of work with clients.
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written).
• The ability to create and present slideshows.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make new contacts.
• Responsibility, self-reliance, diligence, accuracy, punctuality and good organization of work.
