Social Media

• You will work with the team to develop social media strategies for our brands and channels.
• Planning, creation and publication of creative content (text, image, video) - tailored to brand values and target groups.
• Expanding our communities and strengthening the engagement rates.
• Taking over the communication with the communities, answering questions, comments and messages and an authentic, appreciative interaction - if necessary also on weekends/holidays.
• Analysing performance data and deriving optimisation measures (KPIs, reach, engagement).

Project management

• You plan and coordinate marketing projects and social media campaigns from idea to execution in collaboration with the team.
• Close collaboration with the internal teams (e.g. brand, design, PR, sales, hotel management) and external partners (agencies, influencers).
• Preparation of regular status updates, quality checks and on-time delivery of all measures.
• Willingness to travel and desire to accompany projects, productions or events on site.

You bring with you

• Completed training or studies in marketing, communication, media, tourism or comparable.
• Initial practical experience in social media management, content creation and project coordination.
• Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration and a desire to develop creative solutions together with different teams, brands and contacts.
• Passion for social media, content trends and digital communication.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills - you think strategically and implement operationally.
• Creativity in storytelling, an eye for design and an interest in tools such as scheduling and analytics platforms.
• Team player mentality, reliability and a structured way of working.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
