Wind Integrated Solutions, Oracle Partner in Egypt, KSA & UAE is looking for “Junior Software Business Analyst”.
Wind Integrated Solutions is a Software Development Company that provides technology services, business automation, and business digitalization.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed technical and functional requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology solutions.
Create clear documentation, including user stories, process flows, and data models.
Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify solutions meet business needs.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide valuable insights during project discussions.
Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, facilitating effective communication.

Qualifications

1-2 years as a Business Analyst in a software company or tech‑driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC.
Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations (a plus).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred) : Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
