We at Coforge are looking for Entry-Level Service Manager (Low-Code / Appian) in Frankfurt, Germany

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Service Manager with foundational experience in low‑code application platforms, preferably Appian . The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to coordinate service delivery in a fast‑paced environment. Daily interaction with German-speaking customers is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end service delivery for low-code applications, primarily Appian.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries, incidents, and service requests.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor application performance, identify risks, and help maintain service continuity.
• Prepare service reports, documentation, and customer-facing presentations.
• Participate in customer meetings and share updates in both German and English.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality processes, and security standards.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and support teams to enhance service efficiency.
