Job Title: Junior Solution Manager (Full time, on-site)

Job Location: Brussels, Belgium

Main Responsibilities

• Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities within PV+ESS market;
• Be responsible for developing solutions for key account customers, coordinating with the ecosystem and professional technical advisors to identify and drive new revenue-generating opportunities;
• Be responsible for the new product and solution GTM (Go to Market) in Belgium; Guide the R&D to develop the dedicated feature or function that comply with Belgian regulation;
• Play a technical role in developing, nurturing, and maintaining Huawei PV+ESS key partners and build the industry ecosystem;
• Gain insight into business opportunities based on the corporate ecosystem strategy and regional business objectives, participate in developing and implementing the ecological development strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering/Material Science/Photovoltaics or related field,
• Having graduated on 2024 or 2025,
• Highly motivated and passionate about new energy industry and interested in business development;
• Good understanding and expression, communication and coordination, and resource integration skills;
• Detail orientation and strong learning ability;
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
