Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to develop customer‑centric solutions that address unique requirements and drive innovation. In this role, you will analyze customer needs to create tailor‑made solution concepts, coordinate and implement projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, and act as the crucial interface between technology and the customer by translating technical requirements into practical, customer‑oriented solutions. Additionally, you'll drive innovation by identifying new market potentials and trends, and ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term satisfaction through effective customer support and training.

Responsibilities

Develop customer‑centric solutions: analyzing customer requirements and developing tailor‑made solution concepts.
Project management: coordinating and implementing projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Interface between technology and customer: translating technical requirements into customer‑oriented solutions.
Driving innovation: identifying new market potential and trends to further develop our offerings.
Customer support & training: ensuring smooth onboarding and long‑term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience

First experience or strong interest in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations (e.g., through internships, student jobs, or academic projects).

Skills

Technical understanding: basic knowledge of intralogistics technologies, systems, or tools, with a strong willingness to learn more.
Drawing & simulation skills: initial experience with layout creation, CAD tools, or simulation software is a plus, but not required.
Communication skills: ability to explain ideas clearly and ask the right questions.
Language skills: proficient in German and English.

Self‑organization: good organizational skills and an eager, structured approach to learning new tasks.
Multitasking: comfortable working on several topics in parallel with appropriate guidance.
Team player: enjoys working with others and communicates well in both on‑site and virtual environments.

Interview Plan

Take‑home assignment: you’ll work on a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.
Cultural fit interview (40 min): a conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.
Technical fit interview (45 min): a deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.
On‑site visit: meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.
