Your Job

We are seeking a resourceful Junior Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team in Dresden Germany. Working closely with the Dresden Communication Lead your focus will be internal communications for the GF Dresden site and its 3000 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development and the implementation of convincing internal communication strategies.
• Translation of corporate strategy employer brand and brand identity into appealing communication assets across all internal communication channels and touchpoints.
• Work closely with global internal communication teams to ensure alignment of corporate communication messaging.
• Analysis and evaluation of the impact of internal communication measures based on defined KPIs and derivation of concrete optimization proposals.
• Independent conception planning and moderation of internal events as well as photo and video shoots.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or related field.
• Strong writing skills.
• Experience in storytelling and the development of catchy messages through various channels and media formats.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills as well as creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively across different teams regions and cultures.
• Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs.
• Language Fluency German and English (Written & Verbal: C1)
