Junior Specialist – Technical Support (m/f/d) dutch and german speaking

We are looking for a Junior Specialist – Technical Support (m/f/d) *dutch and german speaking* to join our EMEA Customer Support Center Hub in Mannheim. The role supports customers in the RCSC countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, and Turkey) and works closely with 2nd‑level support and field specialists.

Position

The Junior Specialist acts as the technical interface to our customers and colleagues. Your goal is to find fast and sustainable solutions for complex inquiries and provide timely issue resolution.

Responsibilities

Process customer and employee inquiries digitally or by phone as the central point of contact.
Use remote services for customer support and, when necessary, simulate customer situations in our laboratory to identify and resolve errors quickly.
Document your solution approaches in our CRM system and handle advanced complaint management for medium‑complexity issues.
Work closely with 2nd‑level support and, when required, support the technical field service during on‑site activities.

Qualifications

Successfully completed training as a Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), Technician (e.g., Mechatronics, Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering), or a bachelor’s degree (e.g., Natural Sciences, IT, Chemical or Electrical Engineering).
Initial professional experience in the medical technology field (customer support, service, marketing, or directly in a laboratory service function).
Fluent Dutch/Flemish and German (C1) and confident communication in English (min. B1/B2).
Good user knowledge of medical analysis systems or experience in robotics, mechanics, or electrical engineering; basic IT‑network knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong customer orientation, teamwork in intercultural environments, and methodical competence in troubleshooting.
