THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Junior Store Manager, you are responsible to manage your area and, in the absence of the Senior Store Manager, the entire store. You are responsible for the personal and professional development of your up to 30 employees. As part of the Store Management Team, you will contribute significantly to the economic success of our store and its continuous development.

• You have several years of professional experience in the management of store teams.
• You have a degree in commerce and/or commercial retail apprenticeship.
• You have good organizational skills, proactivity and a sense of responsibility.
• You have analytical understanding and are skilled in making conclusions from key figures.
• You have strong communication skills in German (B2)
