• technical administration and continuous further development of the Celonis SaaS platform
• Coordination of system changes and upgrades
• Management of support processes and resolution of issues
• Administration of user and system access
• Integration and maintenance of interfaces to source systems
• Maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of existing systems
• Providing 3rd-level support for implemented and/or assigned solutions
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable technical field
• Experience in 2nd- and 3rd-level IT support
• Knowledge of system and service processes within an IT organization (ITIL)
• Independent and responsible working style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Very good English skills
