Junior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

The position is temporary for 12 months.

Your Tasks

• Support in the further development of the company-wide recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding strategy
• Efficient management and implementation of the recruiting process, including advising managers
• Ensuring support for the applicant management software
• Management of external service providers and agencies
• Proactive cross-location design and maintenance of interfaces with all HR departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration
• Trust-based collaboration with employee representatives
• Generation, documentation and optimisation of processes and knowledge transfer

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training, degree or comparable qualification
• Initial relevant professional experience in recruiting
• Strong cooperation and communication skills, planning and (self-) organisational talent
• Entrepreneurial thinking, innovative ability, decision-making ability
• Good MS Office skills, as well as social media and IT affinity are an advantage
• Good English skills are desirable
