Junior Technical Editor in the field of automation and robotics

• You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of technical documentation. This includes operating manuals and “associated documents,” among others.
• Your responsibilities also include the preparation of complex technical content for pharmaceutical systems in accordance with regulatory requirements (GMP, GAMP 5, etc.).
• Furthermore, you maintain – in both German and English – our internal terminology database and manage and coordinate translation processes with external language service providers.
• Internally, you work closely with all departments within the company. This includes project management, mechanical and electrical design, PLC programming, and production.
• For our customers, you are also the central point of contact for documentation and system certification.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in technical writing or a comparable qualification (e.g., certificate program in technical writing) and have ideally gained initial professional experience – preferably in the automation/robotics environment.
• You can demonstrate initial experience in translation and terminology management as well as basic knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., MDR, ISO 9001, ISO 17100).
• Your German and English are fluent and business-level.
• Through your enthusiasm for the latest technology, robotics, or automation solutions in various fields, you possess a quick grasp of technical processes and therefore find it easy to identify efficient approaches in standards research.
• You are a team player with good communication skills and approach your goals with a high degree of solution orientation. This ensures constructive collaboration with all departments.
