Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate liquidity management in line with the company’s risk and business strategy
• Define and implement treasury management measures based on partial risk strategy and risk appetite
• Prepare internal reporting and materials for the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO)
• Analyze and assess new regulatory requirements (e.g., CRR, MaRisk) and translate them into concrete action plans for Treasury
• Drive optimization and automation of treasury processes
• Collaborate on strategic treasury projects and liaise with auditors and refinancing partners

Requirements

• Master’s degree in economics, business mathematics, or a similar discipline (natural sciences also welcome)
• Initial experience in capital markets or bank treasury is a plus
• Strong analytical and structured working style with a solution‑oriented mindset
• Eagerness to learn and engage with new topics
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
