We are GC Footwear – specialist for individually printed shoes, slippers and socks for companies, hotels and brands. From sustainable house slippers to personalized slides we develop products that leave an impression through design, quality and excellent service.

As an internationally growing trade company we continuously work to optimize our processes, systems and value chains. To structure and drive this growth efficiently, we are looking for a project management and process optimisation specialist to strengthen our team.

Aufgaben

• Mitarbeit im Projektmanagement: You support the planning, steering and implementation of internal projects. Step by step you take on your own project tasks and learn how to accompany projects from idea to implementation.
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Software: You participate in the introduction of new software solutions, coordinate with internal departments and support collaboration with external service providers. You learn how to integrate systems into existing processes.
• Prozessanalyse & Optimierung: You analyse existing processes, identify improvement potentials and actively work on solutions. Your focus lies on optimising: booking and accounting processes, sales processes, supply‑chain processes, product packaging and product‑related operations.
• Unterstützung bei Preis‑ und Kostenanalysen: You support the analysis of price structures, costs and margins and help identify optimisation potentials along the value chain.
• Sonderprojekte & Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung: You work on special project topics, e.g. planning and implementation of trade fairs, analysis and reporting, and strategic projects of the management.

Qualifikation

• Completed studies or training in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, supply chain, project management or a comparable qualification.
• First practical experience (e.g. internships, student positions or projects) in project management, process optimisation, operations or consulting is an advantage.
• Interest in company processes, project work and sustainable improvement.
• Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for learning new topics and understanding relationships.
• Pragmatic, solution‑oriented working style with a business mindset.
• Structured and reliable work style and willingness to take responsibility.
• Proficient use of MS Excel / Google Sheets; initial experience with analytical or project tools is a plus.
• Negotiation‑safety in German, good English is advantageous.
