We are a non‑university, law‑research institute in Würzburg. Our team conducts research on the question: How must the legal framework change to enable Germany and Europe to reach their climate targets? We typically work in interdisciplinary projects and advise legislators – at the EU, federal and state levels – independently and knowledge‑based.

We seek, as soon as possible, a jurist / scientist in full‑time or part‑time work to work on the legal framework for offshore wind energy.

Das sind Sie

• You have at least one law exam (preferably “vollbefriedigend” or better) or a comparable academic degree (Master/Diploma) with above‑average results.
• More experience is better, but recent graduates are also welcome.
• You are well‑versed in the Offshore Wind Act, the Renewable Energy Act and other relevant federal laws and regulations, as well as EU and constitutional aspects, and want to develop scientifically.
• Optionally, a relevant law doctorate or several years of research or advisory experience in environmental energy law will enable you to take on further project responsibilities and active participation.
• You have solid English skills.
