Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and invoice client records.
• Perform account reconciliation and reporting for quarterly/annual balances.
• Support project administration and client engagement at the billing level.
• Collaborate with sales and external sites to prepare annual customer budgets and maintain contract systems.
• Assist with new/internal projects and proactively shape strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent.
• Ideally several years of commercial experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, good written and spoken English.
• Strong general comprehension and openness to new systems.
• Passion for numbers and international customer contact.
• Self‑stating, responsible, and meticulous work style.
