Responsibilities include:

• Creating and tracking offers
• Monitoring and coordinating delivery deadlines
• Handling and documenting customer complaints
• Preparing and processing invoices
• Preparing shipping and export documents according to specifications
• Maintaining relevant data in ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
• Supporting internal audits and quality controls in order processing

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in order processing or related fields

• Understanding of export-related processes and documents is advantageous
• Excellent German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
