Join us to drive high-impact transformation projects across product software industries — from aircraft and automotive to consumer electronics.

You’ll operate at the intersection of embedded software, operating model design and strategy — helping OEMs and suppliers rethink how they engineer software in sync with hardware.

What you bring:

• 3–5 years in embedded software development and technology strategy
• Domain expertise in automotive software (ECUs, SDV, ADAS, AUTOSAR, etc.)
• Technical depth across uC/uP, MCAL/BSP, RTOS/POSIX, middleware, applications
• Experience in operating model design (organization, governance, MBSE, CI/CD, test automation, Agile)
• Structured thinking, sharp communication in German & English
• Passion for translating engineering complexity into business impact
