Your Role

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware
• Handle cash and card payments using POS systems
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Follow all safety and alcohol regulations (e.g. ID checks, responsible serving)
• Assist with setting up and closing the bar before and after shifts

Your Responsibilities

• Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails and beverage mixing (or willingness to learn)
• Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during peak hours
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Language skills: English required (German is a plus)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
