As a Key Account Manager (all genders) at SYNAOS, you will assume overall responsibility for one of our most strategically important customers. You will be the central point of contact for all business, professional, and technical issues and will develop the partnership over the long term. With your understanding of complex intralogistics processes, you will identify potential for expansion, support strategic decisions, and ensure that our software has a lasting impact on the customer.
