With their innovative Privacy Solution Platform, they empower businesses across various industries to manage data responsibly. Their mission is to revolutionize data protection, and they are looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager (m / f / d) to join their team with a focus on enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do :

  • Customer Journey Support : Guide and support existing customers throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
  • Personalized Customer Care : Proactively engage with your regular customer base, addressing their concerns and needs with a personal touch.
  • Training & Expertise : Conduct user training for the software, representing the company as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Project Management : Manage customer projects by identifying requirements, creating project plans, and coordinating implementation with the product team.
  • Customer Satisfaction : Continuously seek opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and implement measures to maintain high service standards.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify and act on upselling and cross‑selling opportunities through in-depth analysis of customer needs, in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with product, development, and sales teams to refine and expand the software, incorporating customer feedback.
  • Team Development : Contribute to the growth and improvement of the Customer Success team with your insights and experience.
