Join a fast-growing scale-up developing innovative micromobility software solutions for bike- and scooter-sharing operators across Europe. With a presence in 9 cities including Oslo and Milan, the company is now expanding into the DACH region and looking for a new dedicated team member in-market.

As Key Account Manager DACH, you’ll be responsible for driving market expansion, building strong client relationships, and representing the company with passion for sustainability and mobility innovation. This role offers high visibility and a clear path for growth, including participation in the company bonus pool from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow the client base in the DACH region.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients, establish trust, and nurture long-term commercial partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to operators’ needs and challenges.
  • Regional Leadership: Act as the company’s first representative in the DACH market, building local presence and visibility.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the international team to align sales efforts and share market insights.
  • Travel & Representation: Regularly visit prospects and clients across the region; occasionally travel to HQ in Oslo.

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, mobility, or related industries
  • Native-level German (or C2) and fluent English skills
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and manage sales cycles
  • Strong social and emotional intelligence with a business-driven mindset
  • High degree of self-discipline and adaptability in remote work environments

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in mobility, transportation, or urban tech solutions
  • Experience representing a scale-up or new market entry
  • Knowledge of micromobility trends and operators in the DACH region
