  • Expertise in Metal Injection Molding (MIM) We specialize in MIM manufacturing, capable of producing high-performance parts ranging from 0.1g to 800g, with tolerances as tight as ±0.05mm. Our MIM process ensures superior density, strength, and complex geometries in materials including stainless steel, titanium, and ceramics.
  • In-House Mold Design & Manufacturing All molds—including injection, stamping, and inspection fixtures—are designed and produced internally by our 30-person mold workshop. This enables faster prototyping, lower costs, and full control over quality and lead time.

We are seeking a dynamic business development professional with extensive experience in industrial hardware to drive the expansion of Metal Injection Molding (MIM) solutions among industry leaders across Europe. Based in Germany, you will not only manage key client relationships but also lead our aggressive market expansion strategy. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who excels in both strategic account management and proactive new business acquisition.

  • New Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market penetration strategy to establish YIBI as the preferred MIM partner for industrial leaders across Germany and Europe
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors including locks, tools, security hardware, and building materials
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking, industry events, and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive positioning opportunities
  • Strategic Account Management
  • Serve as the primary technical and commercial interface for both existing and new clients in Europe, focusing on metal injection molding projects
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies to maximize revenue from current client relationships
  • Facilitate day-to-day communication, providing expert insights on product development, sourcing, and manufacturing processes
  • Technical Consulting & Relationship Building
  • Leverage your deep understanding of industrial hardware and metal injection molding to advise clients on feasibility, functionality, and cost optimization
  • Lead complex business negotiations and deliver compelling technical presentations to executive-level audiences
  • Act as a cultural and operational bridge between European clients and our China-based manufacturing teams
  • Proven Business Development Track Record : 10+ years in technical sales, business development, or key account management within the industrial hardware sector, with demonstrated success in new client acquisition
  • Sales Achievement History : Documented experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully expanding market share
  • Industry Network : Established relationships with key decision-makers in the German industrial sector, particularly in locks, tools, security hardware, or building materials
  • Technical Expertise : Comprehensive understanding of metal component manufacturing processes including MIM, stamping, and CNC machining
  • Network Value : Active, relevant industry connections that can generate immediate business opportunities
  • Language Requirements : Full professional proficiency in German and English
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with proven ability to close complex technical sales
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and business planning capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Ability to effectively bridge cultural and business practice differences between Europe and China
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment
  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or related technical field
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • Knowledge of automotive or medical industry quality standards
