Camira are a multi-award-winning textile designer and manufacturer with two centuries of heritage and a forward-thinking approach to innovation and sustainability, Camira designs and manufactures environmental fabrics for the commercial, public transport and residential sectors.

As part of our continued European expansion, we are seeking a Key Account Manager – Northern Germany to drive growth and strengthen partnerships with manufacturers of contract furniture, acoustic panels, and related interior products across the region.

Purpose of the Role

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for growing Camira’s manufacturers of contract furniture, acoustic panels, and related interior products business in Northern Germany, focusing on contract furniture, acoustic applications, and workspace solutions.

This is a strategic sales role for a commercially astute, relationship-driven individual who understands the OEM environment and can translate Camira’s product and design strengths into tangible business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a regional growth strategy targeting OEMs across contract furniture and acoustics.
  • Identify and win new OEM accounts through consultative, relationship‑based sales.
  • Develop and grow existing customer partnerships with proactive engagement and technical support.
  • Manage forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs to drive consistent commercial results.
  • Provide market and competitor insights to support European strategy.
  • Represent Camira at trade shows and industry events, enhancing regional brand presence.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years in B2B sales/account management within furniture, acoustics, interiors, materials, or similar.
  • Proven ability to build long-term OEM relationships and deliver growth.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chains.
  • Confident presenter with excellent relationship‑building skills.
  • Willing to travel across Northern Germany and occasionally Europe.
  • Commercially Focused – Identifies and converts growth opportunities.
  • Relationship Builder – Establishes trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Technically Curious – Understands materials and manufacturing.
  • Self‑Starter – Independent, proactive, and driven.
  • Collaborative – Works smoothly across teams and regions.
