Location: Remote (Home Office) or our office in Westhausen, Germany
In this role, you will take full responsibility for driving sales and profitability across our Cleco and Apex product portfolio, with a strong focus on innovative tightening technology. You’ll work closely with customers to build lasting partnerships, uncover new projects, and identify growth opportunities. By keeping a sharp eye on market trends and competitor activities, you’ll shape strategies that keep us ahead of the curve. You’ll transform customer requirements into tailored proposals, manage RFQs, and lead successful negotiations. Together with the Director Sales EMEA, you’ll contribute to strategies for sustainable growth. Collaboration matters—you’ll support product launches with marketing and work closely with engineering, operations, and project management to ensure smooth project delivery.
