Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer relationship management, customer success, and product management.

This role involves accelerating customer onboarding by planning and executing software roll-outs for new customers, ensuring a smooth experience. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the customer support process for efficient handling of inquiries and ongoing improvement of customer experience.

The selected individual will also educate and support the Marketing and Sales Team to ensure efficient completion of product-related tasks in timely manner. This includes generating insights from customer usage and performance metrics to inform data-driven decision-making.

• A Master's degree in Geoinformatics or related field is required; knowledge of spatial assessment for infrastructure design would be beneficial
