Kitchen Designer

Overview

Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome customers to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, provide showroom tours, set up kitchen and/or bath measures, meet with customers to review room designs, and make purchasing recommendations. Designers support In Stock by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures, and restocking them as necessary. Designers support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote an appealing and safe shopping environment. By supporting these three priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers; welcome customers to the store; assess kitchen and/or bath project needs; provide showroom tours; set up kitchen and/or bath measures; meet with customers to review room designs; and make purchasing recommendations.
• Support Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance priorities to drive sales and meet store goals.
• Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock them as necessary.
• Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
