Your Role
Reporting to the CMO, you will own the new Kreators by Kolsquare business line marketing strategy, executing high‑impact initiatives that drive awareness, credibility, and user acquisition for creators. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead marketing for Kolsquare’s first B2C product line from strategy to execution.
- Build the brand, core messaging, and positioning so that it becomes the go‑to app for creators.
- Define and execute a multi‑market, PLG‑led user acquisition strategy across France, Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, Benelux, and the Nordics.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team and product team to deliver market insights and support product innovation.
- Plan and run lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, SEO/GEO, and paid social.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure impact and optimize lead conversion rates by channel.
- Own the Kreators by Kolsquare website (structure, UX, SEO, conversion) as the backbone of the acquisition strategy.
- Analyze marketing performance, identify key insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Build relevant SEO and GEO content for the target audience.
- Report on plan, performance, and progress to the business line leader and CMO.
- Engage with influencer communities & ambassadors to create advocacy and strengthen the brand’s reputation.
Your Profile – Must‑Haves
- 5+ years of experience as a marketing generalist in a B2C environment, ideally in Influencer Marketing or SaaS/MarTech.
- Deep understanding of the influencer marketing & media landscape.
- Fluent in English.
- Strategic thinker and hands‑on executor, ready to own and scale the presence in Europe.
- Commercially driven with proven demand generation in B2C using a PLG approach.
- Experience creating appealing marketing materials (blogs, videos, ads, email sequences).
- Demonstrated experience in B2C demand generation activities.
- Based in an EU country.
