• Position: Kreditspezialist (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Bilanzanalyse / Rating
• Department: Mietwohnungsbau

Responsibilities

• Check Förderanträge for Wohnungsbauprojekte – private developers, municipalities, construction companies – including credit assessment, structural prerequisites, funding limits.
• Guide applicants through the application process, request missing documents, provide feedback, maintain a friendly tone.
• Collaborate with Finanzministerium as required.
• Process approved loans according to KWG 18, analyze balance sheets and create Immobilienratings under a verifikationsprinzip (Vier‑Augenprinzip).
• Work within a collegial and relaxed environment; support teammates and newcomers.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Bankkaufmann/-frau or Wirtschaftswissenschaften (or equivalent).
• Experience in the Immobilien‑Kreditgeschäft is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of Bilanzanalyse and Immobilienrating; will be trained further.
• SAP-Kenntnisse are helpful but will be taught.
• Experience in project work is a plus but not required.
