Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung der Küche
• Planen und Organisieren der Arbeitsaufgaben
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes
• Warenbestellung, Lagerung und Inventur
• Vor- und Zubereitung sowie das repräsentative Anrichten der Speisen und Gerichte für unsere Restaurants und Bankettveranstaltungen
• Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams
• Erfahrungen im à la Carte- und Bankettgeschäft
• Freude am Umgang mit nationalen und internationalen Gästen
• Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und hygienische Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Umgangsformen und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
• Positives Auftreten, Handeln und Denken
• Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine hohe Flexibilität
• Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
