Kundenbetreuer Vertrieb Soziale Infrastruktur – Standort Kassel / Frankfurt Main, unbefristet, Vollzeit, ab sofort.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for comprehensive advising of existing clients on bank‑specific topics such as financing, investment business and cross‑selling.
• Active development of strategies for ongoing care of the assigned client portfolio, including independent growth and acquisition of new customers.
• Collaboration with the Credit Unit to create tailored solutions, forming a trust‑based deal team with effective workflow.
• Strengthening of the bank’s market position through regular presence at regional events and networking meetings.
• Driving the implementation of regional customer group strategy and expansion of the business field.
• Market awareness – recognizing market potentials and translating them into success.
• Contribution to the achievement of the bank’s volume and earnings targets through fulfillment of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Long‑term experience in the care of business customers.
• Fundamental branch experience in social welfare.
• Training in finance and/or a completed university degree.
• Passion for sales and personal contact with clients.
• Independent, structured and result‑oriented working style.
• Mobility and enthusiasm for field work.
• Assertive, confident communication and the ability to set oneself forward.
