Lab Technician (Ulm, Germany)

We're looking for a motivated lab professional to join our team in Ulm!

Litona is an Ulm-based startup developing next-generation sodium-ion battery cells. To support our lab work, we're looking for someone who loves hands-on laboratory work and executes it quickly, cleanly, and reliably.

Your responsibilities

• Chemical syntheses at the lab reactor
• Preparing and mixing electrode slurries
• Mixing electrolytes
• Building battery cells at lab scale (coin cells and pouch cells)
• Documenting data from cell and material analytics

What you bring

• Training as a chemical lab technician, CTA, lab assistant, or similar background
• Practical lab experience (chemistry or pharmaceuticals welcome)
• Structured working style, energy, and a quick grasp of new tasks
• Enthusiasm for an innovative startup and lots of hands-on lab work
• Experience in battery technology is not required, but of course a plus
• Ideally, you have previously worked in an analytics lab
