Ihre Aufgaben

• Lead the shift team, including permanent staff and temporary workers, across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes in alignment with KPIs
• Plan and assign warehouse tasks, coordinate team members
• Ensure compliance with all Maersk processes and policies
• Act as contact person for operational matters, environmental issues, housekeeping, and training
• Report and document damages, support the resolution process, and take responsibility for warehouse materials and equipment
• Prepare and share daily and weekly internal and external reports

• Clear and effective communication skills
• Initiative, goal orientation, and strong execution abilities
• Hands‑on and proactive work approach with a team mindset
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, Sundays, and public holidays
• Team player with a coaching mentality and leadership experience
• Flexible and confident in dynamic work environments
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems
• Experience in logistics and team leadership
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
