Activités

• Coordinate several large projects (typical CAPEX from €5M up to €40M) across all project phases.
• Establish a project organization with own and contracted staff; work closely with the Project Office to achieve defined project goals.
• Develop HSE, quality and risk management plans and project control procedures to introduce and comply with TotalEnergies (TE) safety culture.
• Ensure TE project governance is respected throughout the entire project duration.
• Prepare documents required for gate approval of various project phases and present them to steering committees.
• Coordinate the tendering process in the respective project phases, accounting for existing framework agreements and manage resulting contracts.
• Ensure compliance with goals in terms of safety, costs, schedule and quality.
• Report to the Senior Large Project Leader.

Profil du candidat

• University degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, process engineering or related field.
• 10 years of successful work in industrial project management and plant engineering, preferably in refineries or large chemical plants.
• High level of safety understanding and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (French preferred).
• Certification in project management (GPM, IPMA) desirable.
