Angove Partners is partnering with an award-winning insurance underwriter, seeking an M&A Analyst in Frankfurt. This is an exciting opportunity for law graduates with experience/interest in M&A who are looking to build their career within M&A/Transactional Risk Insurance.

What is the role?

As a member of the underwriting team on transactional insurance deals, the M&A Analyst will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to M&A and corporate transactions.

What will you be doing?

Analysing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies Directly supporting senior underwriters on live M&A deals Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow Engaging and communicating with insurance brokers, lawyers, and accountants Attending industry events, networking opportunities and team outing

What do you need to apply to this role?

We anticipate that candidates will have a law degree, LLB or LLM and experience in M&A would be advantageous. We also anticipate candidates to have full fluency in German
